Hale D=84 km Center: 74°S, 92°E Count Area: 663 km^2 Observed Density (@ 1km): 4500 ± 2700 Age: 3.3 ± 0.2 Stoffler epoch: Late Imbrian Fit density (@ 1km): 4400 ± 500 PF fit: good, poor statistics, area < 1000 km2, young Age calculation notes: ? poor statistics (SM). OK fit within error - statistics poor - use as is; no OSs larger than resolution limit (MRK). USGS geology: All mapped as Late Imbrian crater material. Wilhelms: Late Imbrian Floor material: Best guess is not original. Contact with wall has sharp boundaries like an embayed feature. Also separation of peak and smooth floor. Hard? Geology Observations: Ejecta blanket visible, but bright in WAC. Rim sharp. Moderate sized central peak with small peak separated. Small hills mainly in southern section (avoided). Very few and small secondaries (smaller than resolution cutoff - don't need all+sec age comparison). SFD Observations: Dominated by class 2's and 3's. Very few 1's and 4's. Matches MPF, but shallower than other "young" distributions. No shallow "right ear". Slope(Diff)=3.8 ± 1.0 Discussion notes: change floor to "likely" Last Edited by MRK 12/13/2012
