Best guess is original and melt material (hard).

Geology Observations: 
Ejecta blanket visible, but no rays observed in WAC. Central peak still very prominent, but oddly shaped (cross). Floor hummocky. Very few and small secondaries (smaller than resolution cutoff - do not need all+sec age comparison)

SFD Observations: 
Dominated by class 2's and 3's. Matches MPF. Steeper distribution. No shallow "right ear". Slope(Diff)=4.5 ± 1.3
