# README for Synthetic Data

- l05_20241024.zip
	- Files are L0.5 instead of L1 despite labeling. They only have square root decoding, destreaking, and pointing alignment applied. We can work on a file format for L0.5 so they're identified better. 	
	- Files do not include a distortion or stray light model. We will add this soon.
	- Values are now floats because of square root decoding.
	- There are some images missing because of a timeout error. Can be resolved quickly and redelivered. 
	- Values seem too low to me. They don't fill the full value scale, so we will investigate. 
	- Images appear to be intermittently empty (just noise). We will investigate. If you notice a pattern in this behavior, please let us know.

	- The Sun is in the wrong spot somehow :(
